Part-time Front Desk - Evenings and Weekends
Le Mars YMCA is seeking two to three reliable part-time front desk staff to assist members and guests at the front desk evenings and weekends. Must have excellent customer service skills, basic computer skills and a current First Aid/CPR/AED certification or willing to get certified within the first 6 months of employment. Job duties include greeting all members and guests; being familiar with YMCA membership options, programs available, and facility information; answering phone calls; registering memberships and activities in the computer; supervising the facility; light cleaning; and laundering workout towels. We are looking for dependable, team players to join our summer Outdoor Pool lifeguard staff. Must be 16 years or older, currently hold or able to obtain a Red Cross Lifeguard Certification and pass a skills test. This position could offer 5-25 hours per week depending on weather. Swim lessons Instructors
The Le Mars YMCA is looking for group and private swim lesson instructors for the summer Outdoor Pool season. Must be 16 years or older and currently hold or able to obtain a Red Cross WSI Certification. Applicants must be dependable, organized and able to work with kids of all ages. HIIT Group Fitness Instructor
The Le Mars YMCA is looking to hire a certified instructor to teach group HIIT classes a few times per week.
Certification preferred, willing to certify the right candidate
One year experience preferred
CPR/First Aid must be obtained within 6 months of hire
