POOL PARTIES
Celebrate your next special event with a pool party! Your fee includes using the pool plus the balcony party room. You may bring your own food and non-alcoholic beverages. Call the Aquatic Director, Jack Eckstaine, at 546-6655 or email him at jacke@lemarsymca.org at least two weeks in advance to book your party.
Indoor Pool Open Swim Parties
Location: Le Mars Indoor Aquatic Center
Fee: 1-25 people: $50/hour; 26-50 people: $65/hour; 51-100 people: $90/hour
Times: Parties can be scheduled during the following times.
- Fridays 4:00-8:00 PM
- Saturdays 1:00-4:30pm
- Sundays 1:00-4:30pm
- During early out Wednesdays 3:00-5:00pm.
Payment & Cancellation Policy: Full payment and a signed contract are due for a party to be considered booked. A cancellation fee of 25% of the cost will be charged if cancelled more than 3 days in advance, a 50% cancellation fee will be charged with less than 3 days notice.
Safety: 1 adult must be in the pool for every 2 children under 7 years old.
Indoor Pool Private Parties
Location: Le Mars Indoor Aquatic Center. Private parties have the pool to themselves (+lifeguards!)
Fee: 1-25 people: $75/hour; 26-50 people: $100/hour; 51-100 people: $125/hour
Times: Parties can be scheduled during the following times:
- Saturday 4:30-8:30 PM
- Sunday 4:30-8:30 PM

Outdoor Pool Open Swim Parties
Location: Le Mars Outdoor Pool
Pool Party Options
- Option A: Swimming only, Monday-Thursday 7:00-8:30pm Fee: $1.75 per guest
- Option B: Swimming, reserved table, ice cream treat (75 cent value) and drink, Monday-Thursday 7:00-8:30pm Fee: $4.00 per guest
- Option C: Swimming only, Saturday and Sunday 1:00-5:00pm Fee: $3.50 per guest
- Option D: Swimming, reserved table, ice cream treat (75 cent value) and drink, Saturday and Sunday 1:00-5:00pm Fee: $6.00 per guest
Fees: Each option is priced per guest, swimming or not.
Food: No food may be brought in for these parties.

Fee: 1-50 people: $120/hour; 51-100 people: $140/hour; 101-150 people: $160/hour
Times: Saturday or Sunday 5:30-9:00pm
Payment & Cancellation Policy: Payment (at least half of the total cost) and a signed contract are due for a party to be considered booked. A $25.00 cancellation fee will be charged if cancelled more than 3 days in advanced. A $50.00 cancellation fee will be charged with less than 3 days notice.
