POOL PARTIES
Celebrate your next special event with a pool party! Your fee includes using the pool plus the balcony party room. You may bring your own food and non-alcoholic beverages. Indoor Pool Open Swim Parties
Location: Le Mars Indoor Aquatic Center
Fee: 1-25 people: $50/hour; 26-50 people: $65/hour; 51-100 people: $90/hour
All credit card payments will now include a 3% service charge.
Times: Parties can be scheduled during the following times.
- Saturdays 1:00-5:00 PM
- Sundays 1:00-5:00 PM
Safety: 1 adult must be in the pool for every 2 children under 7 years old.
Indoor Pool Private Parties
Location: Le Mars Indoor Aquatic Center. Private parties have the pool to themselves (+lifeguards!)
Fee: 1-25 people: $75/hour; 26-50 people: $100/hour; 51-100 people: $125/hour
All credit card payments will now include a 3% service charge.
Times: Parties can be scheduled during the following times:
- Saturday 5:00-8:30 PM
- Sunday 5:00-8:30 PM
Safety: 1 adult must be in the pool for every 2 children under 7 years old.
PAYMENTS & CANCELATIONS
- FULL payment due at scheduling in order for party to be considered booked.
- If a participant withdraws or wants to cancel 14 days prior to the party date, a full refund will be issued less a $10 processing fee.
- If a participant withdraws or wants to cancel less than 7 days prior to the start date, a 75% refund will be processed.
- No refunds offered withing 48 hours of party date. Future payments may be canceled.
- Not attending the party does not entitle participant to a credit or refund. When scheduled, the participant is reserving space, time, and staffing regardless of whether the participant shows up.
- When special circumstances arise where participation not possible (i.e. family emergency), participant may request for consideration of a credit or refund.
- The Le Mars YMCA maintains the authority to cancel a facility rental agreement at any time. The Le Mars YMCA will issue a refund if they canceled the rental in advance.
Outdoor Pool Open Swim Parties

Pool Party Options
Make it a party to remember! Must book at least one week in advance. No outside food or drink. One adult must be in the pool for every 2 children under the age of 7. Each option below is priced per guest.
SWIMMING ONLY: Sunday & Saturday between 1:00-5:00 PM. Fee: $3.50/guest. (15 guest minimum to receive this rate)
SWIMMING ONLY: Monday -Friday between 7:00-9:00 PM. Fee: $1.75/guest. (15 guest minimum to receive this rate)
SWIMMING, RESERVED TABLE, & ICE CREAM TREAT/DRINK: Sunday & Saturday between 1:00-5:00 PM. Fee: $6.00/guest.
SWIMMING, RESERVED TABLE, & ICE CREAM TREAT/DRINK: Monday-Friday between 7:00-9:00 PM. Fee: $3.00/guest.

Payment & Cancellation Policy: Payment and a signed contract are due for a party to be considered booked. A cancellation fee of 25% of the cost will be charged if cancelled more than 3 days in advance, a 50% cancellation fee will be charged with less than 3 days notice.

Outdoor Pool Private Swim Parties
Location: Le Mars Outdoor Pool
Fee: 1-50 people: $120/hour; 51-100 people: $140/hour; 101-150 people: $160/hour
Times: Saturday between 6:00-9:00 PM or Sunday between 7:00-9:00 PM
Payment & Cancellation Policy: Payment (at least half of the total cost) and a signed contract are due for a party to be considered booked. A $25.00 cancellation fee will be charged if cancelled more than 3 days in advanced. A $50.00 cancellation fee will be charged with less than 3 days notice.
Safety: 1 adult must be in the pool for every 2 children under 7 years old.
