12 Sessions: $336 (Y members); $396 (community)
TWO-PERSON SESSIONS
6 Sessions: $240 (Y members); $270 (community)
12 Sessions: $420 (Y members); $480 (community)
TRAINER GUIDED PROGRAM: a great option for those looking for some flexibility and guidance with their workout routine. Meet with a personal trainer once to discuss goals and then receive a 12 week personalized workout plan. Y staff will create the workouts for you and schedule follow-ups as needed.
