WEEKEND CLEANING STAFF

This position supports the work of the Y, a leading nonprofit, charitable organization committed to strengthening community through youth development, healthy living and social responsibility. Cleaning Staff at the Le Mars YMCA cleans and sanitizes assigned areas, including such duties as mopping, dusting, and trash removal. Models the YMCA's core values of caring, honesty, respect, and responsibility.

Why you will love being part of the Y team:
✅ Complete all duties listed on the daily schedule and maintains upkeep of assigned area and equipment.
✅ Perform wet and dust mopping, dusting, trash removal, recycling, window/mirror washing, vacuuming, and general cleaning.
✅ Replaces soaps, paper towels, and other supplies.
✅ 4-6 hours: on 5 PM or after on Saturdays or anytime on Sundays

SUMMER LIFEGUARDS

As a Y lifeguard, you’ll help people stay safe around water and discover the joy of swimming. Make a difference where it matters most—right at the water’s edge. Must be Red Cross trained- the YMCA will help you find and enroll in a training!
